Welcome to Oz Party Limo’s terms and conditions, ensuring a transparent and enjoyable experience for all our customers.

1. Booking Security Deposit:

A mandatory deposit is required for all reservations, varying by bus type. This deposit is refundable post-trip, provided the bus is returned in a clean and undamaged state. Refund processing may take 2-7 business days, subject to banking cycles.

2. Payment Options:

We offer several payment methods for your convenience:
  • Cash payments directly to the driver on the pickup day.
  • Internet banking or bank deposit, to be completed 4 days prior to the trip.
  • Credit card payments via invoice, accepting Visa, MasterCard, and Amex.

3. Online Booking Fee:

A 3% fee applies to payments made online or via invoice.

4. Booking Confirmation:

We’ll send a confirmation email with your payment details. Please verify and immediately report any discrepancies.

5. Contractual Communication:

Any communications via email or text between clients and our team are considered legally binding agreements.

6. Privacy of Personal Information:

Client details entered in our online system are securely stored in the XERO invoicing database.

7. Responsibility for Booking Details:

We are not liable for errors in details provided through our online booking system. Please double-check your information before confirming.

8. Cancellation Policy:

The security deposit is non-refundable upon cancellation. Cancellations within 24 hours of the trip will incur a 50% charge of the total payment.

9. Pre-Trip Text Confirmation:

If you haven’t received a confirmation text with driver details the day before your booking, please contact us by 8 pm.

10. Punctuality for Pickup:

Passengers should be ready 15-30 minutes before the scheduled time. Delayed readiness may result in departure without refund due to subsequent bookings.

11. Bus Breakdown Policy:

In case of a breakdown, we aim to provide a replacement within 2-4 hours. If unable, a trip refund will be issued, excluding additional incurred costs.

12. Limitation of Liability for Unforeseen Events:

We are not responsible for delays or cancellations due to external factors like accidents, weather, strikes, etc.

13. Traffic Delays Disclaimer:

We are not accountable for delays due to traffic conditions. Consider longer travel times for large buses.

14. Strict No-Smoking Policy:

Smoking on buses is prohibited by state law. Non-compliance will result in passenger removal without a refund.

15. Alcohol Consumption Policy:

Legal and responsible drinking is permitted. Glass containers are not allowed for safety reasons.

16. No Food Policy:

Food or snacks are not allowed on the buses.

17. Passenger Safety:

Travel is at passengers’ own risk. Seatbelts, where available, must be worn.

18. Damage Responsibility:

Any damages or uncleanliness may result in termination of the trip and loss of the deposit. Excessive damage will incur repair costs ranging from $300 to $1000.

19. Behavioural Policy:

Disruptive behavior, fighting, vandalism, or excessive intoxication can lead to eviction and trip termination without refund.

20. Personal Belongings:

Passengers are responsible for their belongings. We are not liable for lost or stolen items left on the bus.

21. Photography and Video Consent:

Images captured by drivers are used for promotional purposes. Non-consent should be communicated to the driver. In legal scenarios, such footage may be provided as evidence.
