Our varied fleet includes Party Buses seating 13 to 50 passengers Normal Seating buses and Limo Buses accommodating 20,23 & 44 guests, ensuring space for groups of all sizes.
While our primary operations cover Sydney, we also cater to transfers in areas such as Hunter Valley, Wollongong, Central Coast, Blue Mountains, and Newcastle.
A variable bond is required to confirm your booking, which is refundable post-event if the bus is maintained in its original condition. Refund timelines may vary based on banking processes.
- Cash payments directly to the driver on the day of the event.
- Pre-payments via internet banking or bank deposit, due 4 days in advance.
- Invoice payments using Visa, MasterCard, or Amex.
All transactions are processed in Australian dollars.
After receiving your payment, a confirmation email with detailed information is sent. Please review for accuracy.
If you notice any errors in your booking details, please contact us immediately at 02 8776 6810 for corrections and an updated confirmation.
The security bond is non-refundable. Cancellations within 24 hours of the event incur a charge of 50% of the total fee.
Expect a confirmation text message the day before your event. If not received, please contact us by 8pm for driver details.
Your driver will communicate with you 10-15 minutes before the scheduled pickup. Late arrivals may incur additional charges.
Changes to the original route, including additional stops, must be pre-arranged with management and may incur extra charges.
Enjoy state-of-the-art DJ LD speakers, Bluetooth connectivity, microphones, LED lights, luxurious seating, and a dance floor on our larger buses.
Responsible alcohol consumption is permitted for guests over 18 with ID. Smoking is strictly prohibited.
To maintain the cleanliness of our buses, food and snacks are not allowed.
At least two parents or guardians must accompany children during party transfers.
Most buses are air-conditioned and equipped with seat belts. Our fleet is maintained to the highest standards, with drivers holding appropriate licenses and undergoing regular training.
Excessive damage or disruptive behaviour may lead to termination of the service, with the bond potentially non-refundable.
We are not responsible for lost items, but any found belongings will be kept at our depot.
